You’ll be helping children like Isla*.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

The first 7 years of Isla\u2019s life were filled with fear. She and her mum, Kate, endured horrific abuse. When they fled, they had nothing \u2014 sofa surfing, even sleeping in their car.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cIt was one horrible situation to another. I felt like I was being punished for leaving him,\u201d<\/strong> <\/em>Kate said.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

No one should have to choose between homelessness or abuse. With support, we helped them find a refuge, a safe home where they could begin to heal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
