Visit the Women’s Aid Directory. This will locate a domestic abuse service in your area that can offer direct support.

  • If you’re worried someone may be monitoring your device:
  • Write down the Helpline number and website on paper you can hide safely
  • Use the exit button on the bottom right of the helpline site to leave quickly
  • Access the Helpline from a device you know is safe
